Trilogy is a culinary startup born from the innovation hub of Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), dedicated to the art of 'petite gastronomie'.

Under the guidance of our founder and executive chef Ranlin Liu, trained under prestigious mentors such as Michelin 3-star Chef Christophe Bacquie and winners of the EHL Culinary Challenge 2023, Trilogy curates memorable moments—merging refined gastronomy, lifestyle, and community connections.
